Due to the perishable nature of our products, CandyStore accepts returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery to ensure the highest safety and quality standards. If you receive a damaged or incorrect treats order, please contact our sweet support team immediately for a full replacement.

Return Process
